Teaching yoga is a skill that is developed much like the practice itself, through experience, one’s commitment to continued self-study and inquiry, and through learning from other teachers.
This 100 hour advanced yoga teacher training split into two modules offers existing and experienced teachers an opportunity to advance their teaching skills through the practical application of different facets of the practice, as well as teaching methodologies.
From mobility to mantra, sequencing to philosophy, and more in-between this training is set up to give teachers a better understanding of concepts new and old, additionally providing tools on how to infuse these concepts into one’s pedagogy.
Bruce and Rebecca have a combined 25+ years of teaching experience, placing them in a strong position to offer mentorship and education that will re-inspire and re-awaken any teacher’s practice and thus teaching.

8:30 to 10:30 Practice
10:30 to 11:00 Mantra chanting and pranayama
11:00 to 13:00 Sequencing and adjustments
13:00 to 14:15 lunch break
14:15 to 16:15 Yoga Philosophy
16:15 to 18:00 Mobility/Anatomy & Physiology
18:00 to 19:00 Therapeutics (Restorative and yin principles & practice)
Tuition includes the training, training manual, as well as use of mats and props.
